TRX ~ Body Weight Suspension Training

TRX® Suspension Training utilizes functional movements, used in everyday life, with major emphasis on stability, proprioception, strength and body weight-driven exercises. You will improve your mobility, flexibility, strength, endurance, power, core strength and heart health.
We build on seven basic movements using gravity as your resistance, so adjusting the level of difficulty is as easy as moving your hands or feet, and progression is limitless. Plus, our instructors have extensive training in TRX Movement Based Training.  This means our goals are not just a workout, but to increase your mobility and strength. 

TRX® Fit

Tuesdays - 6:30 pm ~ Wednesdays 5:30 am

Saturday's - 8 am

TRX® Fit - a total body suspension body weight workout!  Each class consists of full-body strength, endurance, and/or metabolic work, with some high intensity intervals sprinkled in. The goal is to build strength and capacity, burn calories, and define those muscles! Great abs & high calorie burn are a fun and pleasant side effect.

Who It’s For:

This program is for those with busy schedules who need to get their workout in. It's for people looking for a great, challenging workout to get the most bang for their buck. We'll work hard, you'll get results, and you won't be miserable doing it. All levels welcome!

TRX® Strong

Thursdays - 6:30 pm


Suspension Training is all about core strength and precise execution of the exercise being performed. This class will push you to new levels of strength using the TRX Suspension Trainer and your own body weight.

Be ready to “feel the burn” as you power through this time-based workout  sure to burn calories and leave you quivering during and long after your workout is complete.

Who It's For:  

Anyone wanting to build strength, yet have options.  If you’ve got any joint injuries, it’s probably best to start in TRX Lite to build your base strength back up until you’re cleared to move up.


TRX® Monthly Challenge!

Each month join our TRX Challenge.  If you’re looking for a kickstart to get back in a fitness routine, this is your best bet.

You can join us for once, twice, or three times per week as your schedule allows.
