TRX ~ Body Weight Suspension Training

TRX® Suspension Training utilizes functional movements, used in everyday life, with major emphasis on stability, proprioception, strength and body weight-driven exercises. You will improve your mobility, flexibility, strength, endurance, power, core strength and heart health.
We build on seven basic movements using gravity as your resistance, so adjusting the level of difficulty is as easy as moving your hands or feet, and progression is limitless. Plus, our instructors have extensive training in TRX Movement Based Training. This means our goals are not just a workout, but to increase your mobility and strength.
Tuesdays - 9:30 am
In this class we will work on core strength to improve posture, back pain, and balance, as well as consistent strength work toward those sculpted arms, abs, and legs that we all want. There will be some small bouts of cardio here and there, but no burpees. ; )
Who It’s For:
This program is designed to be challenging, but a little less intense than the Fiit & Strong class. It's ideal for anybody just easing back into a fitness routine, pre and post natal moms, or those who exercise better a little later in the morning.
