Service Description

Have you heard of Ashtanga (Aush thong guh) Yoga? Ashtanga yoga is for you if you want a challenge and you love structure. Think of it as a more athletic practice but a mental challenge with breath connection and focus! Come explore this practice with us! This style of Yoga is is a highly structured vinyasa-style class. There are five Ashtanga asana series and each student must master every pose of the first series before moving onto the second series however, Jessie will be teaching the basics starting with lecture and then moving into a approximately 90-minute practice. During her 200 hr. teacher training, Jessie Tussing fell in love with Ashtanga yoga and continues to practice and teach it as much as she can! You will love her enthusiasm and energy as her passion for the practice shines through! You may stay for the full workshop (Investment $25) or just practice with us ($15). Practice begins at 6:15 until 7:30 and then there will be time for questions and discussion after!
