Come learn a daily practice to balance your body during pregnancy!

Lengthen muscles and increase range of motion in your pregnant body to make space for baby’s best birth position. Come learn a gentle 30 - 40 minute stretch routine. You will take home a outline so you can practice at home! Regular, gentle movement will often ease pain, improve digestion and elimination, or increase energy to do more in your pregnancy. We will also discuss how to move and sit smarter! Wednesday Wednesday March 13th , 2024 7 - 8:30 pm. $20. Spouses/birth partners may attend with you at no extra charge (please indicate if you will have a partner attending in the notes when you register). Please wear comfy clothes, bring a yoga mat if you have one, water and anything else you need to be comfortable. This class is appropriate for all trimesters! Kimberly Oen is a birth and postpartum doula, HypnoBirthing Childbirth Educator, Lactation Counselor, Pre and Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist/Diastasis Recti and Core Consultant, and Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher.
