Service Description

Our March wellness series consists of a learning workshop on Monday March 20th from 6:30 to 7:45 pm and a Yoga for Mental Health class on Monday March 27th from 6:30 to 7:45 pm. If you find your self in a consistently hyper-aroused state (angry, frustrated, fighting, stressed, revved up, can't switch off) or hypo-aroused (overwhelmed and checked out), come learn tools to find your balanced nervous system state. On Monday March 20th, Kimberly will share how your nervous system works and how to deregulate when you need to and control your nervous system to enter into a ventral vagal tone, how to address "triggers", and how to identify "triggers" in your kiddo's and others . On Monday March 27th, Julia will share her journey to mental health wellness and share a yoga class specifically geared to anxiety and finding balance and peace. For the workshop on the 20th, chairs will be available. Bring your yoga mat if you would like to lounge on the floor. We have bolsters, and blankets to share. For the class on the 27th, please bring your yoga mat. You may join one or both sessions. Individually $20 or register for both for $30.
