We have heard time and time again, how unprepared moms feel going into a hospital birth. How things quickly escalate and they end up in a situation they had not planned for. How they feel pressured to comply with policy even though they were told they could labor their own way. Enough is enough ladies! You have to advocate for yourself more than ever. Going in knowing the statistics, what the risk/reward factor is, and how to pivot when needed is incredibly important to both you and your baby! Prep really should start even before you're pregnant but it's never too late to educate yourself! We are here to have some of those honest conversations and give you the tools you truly need to set yourself up for the best possible labor and delivery! (We are fully aware that not every situation is the same, and that medical intervention can definitely be needed and has saved lives, but knowing what you are signing up for IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY!) We are an encouraging group of women who truly want to help and shed light on the taboo topic that is pregnancy and child birth!
