Service Description

Yoga - Strength, Core & Butt is a hybrid program that focuses on developing muscular strength and endurance throughout the body, focusing on the core stabilizing muscles (abdominal and back muscle groups), and additional muscle groups surrounding and assisting the midsection (glutes, hamstrings, adductors, abductors, quadriceps, and many upper body muscles). Core center strength is the foundation of a complete yoga practice, as well as deep breathing, and clearing the mind. We will work with weighted yoga balls (provided). Please bring a mat. This class is for all levels - you will work at your ability with options for poses. We will have deep stretching to complete our class. Saturday's 9 to 10 am - March 2nd, 16th, 23rd, 30th (we skip March 9th due to a event at the studio). $12/class or all 4 sessions for $40. Limited to 8 yogi's!
