When a Small Change Made a Big Difference
Shared with client's permission
This client came to Kimberly looking for support with her psoriasis after feeling frustrated with previous approaches.
During her consultation, Kimberly performed comprehensive wellness testing to explore potential factors that could be contributing to her flare-ups, including food sensitivities, mineral and vitamin deficiencies, heavy metals toxicity, digestive and gut health analysis, additive sensitivities, stress and inflammation factors and hormone imbalances.
At the time of her visit, the client's facial flare-up was at its worst.
The Simple Change
During the consultation, the client shared that she regularly used Mio drops in her water and Skinny Syrup in her coffee.
Kimberly recommended making a simple change: switching to fresh lemon water and avoiding the flavored syrups and additives she was consuming.
And the results were incredible.

Exploring Inflammation & Stomach Health
Shared with client's permission
At a recent client consultation we reviewed the stress and Inflammation overview which showed inflammatory markers in body systems. The clients report showed inflammation in the stomach: What causes inflammation in the stomach?
Gastritis describes any condition that inflames the stomach lining. Helicobacter pylori bacteria, a type of bacteria that infects the stomach and small bowel, is the most common. However, other factors can cause a gastritis flare-up, including: excessive alcohol consumption, using nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) for an extended period, other infections, stress. Home and lifestyle remedies, such as garlic
extract, green tea, and managing stress, help.
According to a 2020 study, some foods that may worsen gastritis include:
• meat products
• sugary foods
• spicy foods
• fried foods
• alcohol
The client immediately said "that makes sense. I take 2 to 3 ibuprofens daily before bed."
NSAIDS destroy the gut lining. If this is also you, reach out to me as there are many
natural ways/offerings depending on what symptom(s) you are trying to suppress. Are
you in chronic pain? Do you have insomnia? Is it a crutch? Does your stomach hurt?
We are here to support your health.
