Balanced mind in a balanced body

ABOUT

Welcome to our Wellness studio!  Born out of a love for deep transformation, we are committed to meeting you where you are and taking you forward to where you want to be!

Founded by Kimberly Oen, Holistic Health Coach, Nationally Registered Yoga Teacher and Pre & Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist, Kim has a deep passion for helping people achieve their lifestyle goals.

Just Breathe Health and Wellness is dedicated to her son Cody who has Cystic Fibrosis.  She finds her inspiration from his strength and courage in the fight against this fatal disease.  10% of all profits from Just Breathe are contributed to children with CF.  Follow his journey on his face book page: Codys New Lungs

Cody's mission is to encourage chronically ill patients to willingly participate in their medical care, exercise, choose a positive path forward and discover a life they may never have dreamed possible. Our goal is to spread awareness about this debilitating disease and aid in fund-raising for the cause. This disease receives minimal government funding and pharmaceutical interest and relies on the generosity of people like you to continue their life extending research efforts. For more information about Cystic Fibrosis, please visit www.cff.org.

Amanda Eilerman, RYT

Amanda profile pic_edited.jpg

Amanda is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and completed her training through Just Breathe’s Yoga Teacher Training. Her yoga journey started after a neck injury that kept her from running. From the beginning of her journey, she always loved faster paced, warm vinyasa flow classes, originally drawn to this style of yoga for the physical benefits, but with more practice, she discovered that yoga helped her find balance mentally and emotionally and helped her relieve stress. "Along my journey, I started to consider becoming a certified teacher but always told myself later when I had more time.

When I started yoga classes at Just Breathe, Kim made me love yoga more and inspired me to pursue my teacher training. While I initially completed the training to grow my own understanding and knowledge of yoga, I am excited to continue on in my yoga journey as a student and a teacher".

Off of the yoga mat, she is a wife, a mom, and an optometrist at Primary EyeCare Associates. She and her family live in Minster. Her other loves include spending time with family and friends, kayaking, biking, reading, and traveling. You will find Amanda at Flow yoga!

Jennifer has always had a passion for all things health and wellness related. After spending many years working at a computer, she decided it was time to pursue a more fulfilling career in the fitness and self-education industries.

Jennifer is a certified Corefirst™ Trainer Level 1 and will receive her 200 hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher, Yoga Alliance) certification through Just Breathe Health and Wellness in October 2021. She hopes to inspire her students to live healthier, more meaningful lives!

Outside of teaching fitness and yoga classes, Jennifer enjoys spending time in nature, taking endless pictures of flowers and sunsets, cooking, hiking, and hanging out with her family, friends, and pets.

Mollee McCullough, RYT

Mollee1.jpg

Mollee is a 250 hr. Certified Aerial Instructor, 200 Hr. Registered Yoga Teacher, ACE Certified Group Exercise and TRX Qualified Instructor. "I am originally from Elida and currently reside in Minster with my husband and son. In my youth I enjoyed gymnastics and cheer leading and have continued to engage in a wide variety of physical fitness activities ever since.

Over the years, I have struggled with weight control, motivation and management of stress. I intimately understand how difficult it can be to start a journey to overall wellness for the first or twentieth time. My personal strategy for fitness longevity is simple; keep it interesting, full of variety and most importantly share it with people that are fun and motivating. I have developed a robust passion for helping people achieve their personal goals. When we share the time that we devote to fitness with each other it becomes as much a common goal as it is an individual endeavor.

Everyone belongs here and I can’t wait to meet you."

Diane Gross.JPG

Diane Gross, RYT, AYT

Diane graduated in August 2019 from the Just Breathe 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Program. She is from St. Mary's and her day career is a registered dental hygienist at Northwest Dental Center in Elida.

As many people do, she started yoga practice for the physical benefits as a career in dental hygiene can play havoc on the body and a yoga practice counteracts that tremendously. After practicing yoga regularly, she discovered the mental and emotional support a yoga practice has to offer. This discovery prompted her to sign up for yoga teacher training and a year later she is living the dream! 🧘‍♀️❤  You will find Diane teaching Hatha, Restorative and Yin Yoga!

Nicole Hoehn, AYT

"Hi, my name is Nicole Hoehn. I completed my 250 hour Aerial teacher training at Just Breathe Health and Wellness and The Aerial Yoga Academy. Yoga has been part of my life for 6 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger physically and mentally. Taking Aerial Yoga with Kim greatly increased my upper body strength, and made me fearless on and off my silk. It makes me feel playful, and like a kid again!
Off of my aerial hammock, I am a wife, a mom to my son, and a Certified Dental Assistant at Willmann Dental. Aerial yoga is helping me reverse the distress on my back from a career in dentistry. Yoga has inspired me to live each moment more mindfully. So, come fly with me!
I can’t wait to see you in the silks! "

Cody Kiehl

Fighting a disease which slowly deteriorates your lungs and takes your breath away forces you to make a choice - either give up or fight!  Faced with his mortality and declining lung function at the young age of 14, Cody took recreational exercise to focused training.  Now 22, he goes to therapy twice a week to fight to keep his body strong.  He enjoys challenging himself in his moms Yoga classes.  The breath for Cody is so precious he wants others to value that which is taken for granted. Cody feels Cystic Fibrosis was a gift he was given to help others value the their bodies; which are fearfully and wonderfully made!

Cody's mantra - Psalm 23:4 - Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.

Baxter Oen

Baxter Oen ~ 1/20/2012 - 2/24/2021.  Rest in Peace our sweet boy.  Baxter is a Certified Therapy Dog through the Alliance of Therapy Dogs. He is a 9 year old AKC Registered Golden Retriever. His favorite things are: balls, head out the car window, walks, balls and visiting people!

Therapy dogs play a different helping role than service dogs. They aren’t trained to live with a specific handler. Rather, these are dogs that — with their human teammate (his mom Kimberly) — volunteer in clinical settings, such as hospitals, mental health institutions, hospices, schools, and nursing homes, where they provide comfort, affection, and even love in the course of their work. Therapy dogs are trained to be comfortable in new environments and to interact with different people. They should have a calm temperament, be unfazed by unfamiliar noises and movements, be comfortable being handled, and love people. <3

Ollie & Nala

Ollie (Born 1/26/21) & Nala (Born 2/5/21) are our new Therapy Dogs in training!  Both are full-blooded AKC Registered Bernese Mountain Dogs!  Stay tuned for their progress!
