Along with our team of instructors supporting our on-going fitness classes, we also offer specialized services for new mama's, expecting mama's and women seeking resources to strengthen the pelvic floor, correct imbalances in core strength and gain core stability.
I specialize in working holistically with women. My career path has included training to become a Certified Health Coach and a Pre and Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist / Diastasis Recti & Core Consultant through Fit for Birth. I am also a Doula through Birth with Spirit and a Nationally Registered Yoga Teacher.
I offer a holistic approach to movement, breathing and life. Whether you are seeking a trusted member of your pregnancy and recovery team, personal training or rebuilding your core, my focus centers on the 5 foundations of health:

As a Diastasis and Core Consultant I work with you to help heal core imbalances and diastasis recti (stomach separation), rebuild and reclaim your core system. EVERY woman can benefit from greater pelvic floor awareness!
Three of our five foundations are met in Yoga ~ Breathing, thoughts and exercise! Yoga will help you alleviate the discomforts of pregnancy and get your glow on!
Historically, expecting mom's are thought to be weak and delicate. You are so much stronger than you think and exercise during pregnancy will make you stronger during labor, experience an easier birth and faster recovery!
