Service Description
Make the commitment to gift yourself and others the ❤ of yoga. Delve deeply into the philosophy of this ancient practice in a 6-month intensive program. Study the different lineages, find your niche, learn how the human body moves through the study of anatomy and biomechanics, learn the science and benefits of meditation, how to teach public or private classes, and so much more! Deposit of $250 to reserve your spot. Max of 8 accepted into the program. Pay in full $1,600 or monthly payments of $250. Full or 1st payment due December 1st, 2025. NOTE: Choose December 5th when booking. Amount can be paid on-line, by check or Venmo. If you choose the pay in person option, I will contact you for payment!
